Gin Tabar Vignola IGP Cherry: a dedicated experience kicks off the new cherry season

An event that has become a ritual: once again this year, Casoni has chosen to kick off the 2025 production of its Gin Tabar Vignola IGP Cherry with a day dedicated to tradition.

Journalists, bartenders, and gin lovers gathered on June 10, 2025, in Vignola for a unique experience: the hand-picking of cherries directly from the orchards of the Vignola IGP Cherry Consortium, allowing participants to experience the birth of the product from its purest origin. The event took place at Agriturismo Montecuccoli, on Via Frignanese in Vignola.

The day was not just about harvesting: it also featured a Casoni-led masterclass exploring the brand’s production philosophy and the distinctive characteristics of the Vignola IGP Cherry edition, as well as a cocktail experience.
